Hon. Usman Bature Ali
Hon. Usman Bature Ali is the Founder, Chairman Board of Trustees and the National President of Association of Nigerian Refineries Petroleum Marketers (ANRPM). He founded the organization in 2018.
Hon. Usman Bature Ali was born in Katcha Local Government of Niger State in 1968, had his education in Jos, Plateau State. He is a certified Public Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria, Charter of Institute of Commerce of Nigeria, and Charter Institute Loans and Risks Management of Nigeria.
Hon. Usman Bature Ali is a Marketer and Depots/Refineries Coordinator handling more than three (3) hundred marketers all over Nigeria for their Bridging Products and Petroleum Equalization Funds Claims since 1998, but retired.
Formally, National Accountant and Director of Finance and Administrations of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), also he is the Founder/Chairman Board of Trustees of:

He is a certified Professional Security Manager, especially in the "Oil and Gas Sector".
He is a professional mediator, conflict resolution and crisis manager.
His indept knowledge in the Sustainable Developmental Goals of UNDP and it's implementation in the Easter Niger Delta have significantly accounted for the relative peace in the region.
He is dedicated, disciplined, have high intergrity, performance driven, an excellent communicator, etc.
He is honoured with 'Ambassador of Peace" and been elevated to "Crown of Peace", under the UN Universal Peace Federation (Nigeria).
He is married and blessed with children.
